President and Chief Executive Officer

ADI is currently conducting a recruitment effort for a President and CEO with a background focusing in engineering fields of developing tools for embedded software test, hardware-software integration, real-time simulation, hardware-in-loop simulation, and integration testing for advanced aerospace, defense, and automotive development projects.

Position requires experience in developing strategic plans and forecasts for the various segments of technology in our domestic and international markets; planning, developing, and implementing strategies for generating resources and/or revenues for the company. Experience identifying acquisition and merger opportunities and direct implementation activities; reviewing activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives. Directs company planning and policy-making committees. Approves company operational procedures, policies, and standards. Evaluates performance of executives for compliance with established policies and objectives of the company.

Responsible for overseeing company operations, both domestic and international, and presenting company state of the business reports at quarterly Board of Director meetings and annual Stockholder Meetings.

Job Requirements

Master's degree in engineering discipline with field of study in embedded or control stems, modeling, and simulations; MBA classes in financial and managerial accounting, business statistics, new venture creation and capital, marketing management, and customer relations.
