Simulation Models

Simulation models are inserted in an ADvantageDE project using a container called an assembly. The assembly encapsulates the simulation model for portability. Connections between a simulation model and I/O or databus communication are contained within the assembly.

ADvantageDE allows you to insert the following model types:
· Ada
· ADSIM
· C
· C++
· CarSim
· Fortran
· Simulink
· Statemate
· SystemBuild

Multiple assemblies can be assigned to a single processor, or to distributed processing nodes.
