Solution Support & Maintenance
Hardware Support
ADI offers solution hardware support services which include front line problem troubleshooting and isolation, second line subject matter expert problem identification and resolution, component repair or replacement.
Software Support
ADI offers solution software support services which include telephone and email support and regular software updates. The ADEPT software runs on Windows and Linux client PC’s and Linux servers. Software support contracts provide access to the latest ADEPT software for support for newer OS versions and new feature additions. These updates include the addition of support for newer versions of third-party interfacing tools, e.g. support for new versions of MATLAB/Simulink.
Solution Modernization & Obsolescence Management Services
ADI has a reputation in industry for being a technology partner for the successful long-term operation of aerospace and defense development and testing assets. We currently supports best-in-industry test facilities with more than two decades of high-uptime operation as mission-critical assets supporting the verification and certification of aerospace and defense platforms.
