Our website includes web forms that can be used to contact us, such as for Sales and General Inquires or for Product Support. When information is submitted to us this way, it is delivered to us over email. Our website includes user surveys to provide feedback to our company about our products and services. The surveys may ask for your name, company name, and location. The information collected in these surveys are used to improve our company’s products and services. Participation in these surveys is completely voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate. 



Our website includes a newsletter mailing list that users may opt into. The newsletter requires the user to provide their name and email address to be added to the list. We will only send email out to those who have provided the information to us. We use MailChimp to send out emails to subscribers. You may opt out of receiving emails from us at any time by clicking the ‘Unsubscribe From this List’ link in our emails. 



Our website uses WooCommerce for our store and to process orders made on the store. The information that we ask you to provide during out checkout process are name, address, phone number, and email address. This information will only be used to process and fulfill your order. We will not use this information to contact you for matters unrelated to your order unless you explicitly tell us to. During our checkout process, we have a checkbox to join our newsletter. You will not be signed up for the newsletter unless you click the checkbox. 



On our website, we allow users to create an account. You are able to create an account during the checkout process or by going to the my account page. Signing up for an account is completely free. To register for an account, you must provide a username, an email address and password. We will not use this email address to sign you up for our newsletter unless you request this action by checking the subscribe to our newsletter checkbox during registration for an account.



Our website uses Stripe to process credit card payments for purchases made on our website. The data that will be sent to Stripe includes payment method information, purchase amount and date of purchase. We will not receive any of your credit card information. During the checkout process, you have the option to save your payment method. Google Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics, a service which transmits website traffic data to Google servers. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit this site and what pages they visit when they do soWe use reports by Google Analytics to help us understand website traffic and webpage usage. Google Analytics places a permanent cookie on your web browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit our site and this cookie cannot be used by anyone but Google. You can prevent Google Analytics from recognizing you on return visits to this site by disabling cookies on your browser, or you can opt-out of sharing your activity on this website with Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. 


Google reCAPTCHA

We use “Google reCAPTCHA” (hereinafter “reCAPTCHA”) on our websites. This service is provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). reCAPTCHA is used to check whether the data entered on our website (such as on a contact form) has been entered by a human or by an automated program. To do this, reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the website visitor based on various characteristics. This analysis starts automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, how long the visitor has been on the website, or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis will be forwarded to Google. The reCAPTCHA analyses take place completely in the background. Website visitors are not advised that such an analysis is taking place. Data processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting its site from abusive automated crawling and spam.
